The Tree Spirits Speak: Kodama Clayshop Parts 1 & 2
Connect with the 'Wood Wide Web' through clay, folklore, and forest finds. Join us for a two-part workshop where we’ll seek permission from the trees to create hand-held spirit guardians that rattle with the heartbeat of the grove.
Step into the quiet of the woods to meet the spirits between the branches. In this two-part journey, you’ll commune with an ancient tree and craft a rattling Kodama from earth and seed to carry the forest’s voice home with you.
Chris Fox-Wilder
Non-Violent Communication
Join us for a heartfelt journey into Nonviolent Communication, the visionary work of Marshall Rosenberg. Chris is deeply moved to share this practice because she believes that when we learn to speak from the heart and listen with compassion, we help shape a more peaceful and connected world. Together we will explore tools that can soften conflict, awaken understanding, and open the door to more honest and loving relationships.

Instruments of the Body: Ritual in Motion
Before there were stages and sheet music, there was, community circles and pulse. This workshop invites you to return to the roots of spiritual expression: the body as a sacred source of sound. Using specialized wearable instruments and our own natural resonance, chests, palms, and voices we will weave a tapestry of rhythmic connection with our bodies, sound and eachother. As we move through the open space, our individual "noises" will find their way into a collective groove. It is a journey of letting go, finding the beat in your bones, and experiencing the profound spiritual connection of making music with nothing but our own presence.
Mindy Lee Ramos
Quantum Hypnosis Experience
Mindy provides a gentle, experiential introduction to QHHT, offering insights into personal life lessons, relationships, and emotional blockages. Participants are guided into a relaxed, meditative state where they may experience vivid imagery or memories from past lives. Sessions include a guided meditation, the regression itself, and time for journaling and group reflection. The focus is often on exploring a "supportive" past life or understanding recurring themes in one's current life.

Brandon Petersen
Freedom Flow
Freedom Flow is a movement class that embraces ALL people. No matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome in this community class. Your instructor, Brandon, will guide you through a sequence that they cue improv-style; no sequences prepared!. Cueing from spirit, in the present moment, Brandon intuitvely channels what poses are needed for the students in the space. Brandon encourages you to advocate for what parts of your body need some love and to allow your breath and body movements to guide you to healing yourself.
Salvatore DiaZovi
The Space Between Salon
This workshop invites participants into a comfortable, conversational space to challenge binary thinking and explore the messy middle of transformation. Through a series of evocative parables, you will examine the delicate balance between "good" and "bad," the necessity of destruction in growth, and the power of surrender over control. You’ll leave with sharpened self-reflection and perhaps a healthy uncertainty about any rigid beliefs you brought with you.
