Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a 100% refund.

 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund, and the remainder can be used as a credit for future events. ​

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will forfeit their fee.

EXCEPTION: When making payments, cancellations made after the 30 day balance deadline will not be refunded.
